In 2008, a principal agreement was reached with the firm Teci under Radelli Group manufacturing ropes for the port lifting equipments, in order to establish Teci İstanbul Firm to operate in Black Sea, Middle East and Turkey markets.

The service company, which was founded in 1992 as OMF Mümessillik, changed its name to Portunus in 2008 and included other service companies. The name of our port group “Portunus” is taken from the name of the god who protects the ports in ancient Roman mythology.

Determining the new corporate terms of working of MLS Holding companies was launched in Istanbul on January 27, 2007. NENOSCO not only means the basis of root or constitution in Japanese, but also consists of the initials of the Turkish phrase “NAZAR ETME NE OLUR, ÇALIŞ SENİN DE OLUR” (“Don’t use your evil eyes, work to have the same”).

AES Moved To Its New Repository
In 2006, AES moved to the warehouse to be used jointly with OMF in Des industrial site. With the increasing trade volume, a year later, he moved to the warehouse on the same site, which he would use alone. In order to speed up the shipment and increase the stock, in 2007, he bought the warehouse in Ankara, which he will use jointly with Powerplus.

Tristars Brand Is Born
In 2005, AES began importing and selling construction equipment guides and adapters. In 2006, during a meeting with the participation of Sami Özdemir, Ozan Ziylan and Hüseyin Özipek, it was decided that AES would manufacture and sell the guides and adapters under its own brand and logo. AES Established

At the end of 2004, Sami Özdemir and Hüseyin Özpek held a meeting in the headquarter in Kazasker, and Hüseyin Özpek joined MLS family. Therefore, in order to meet the demand for spare parts increasing in construction equipments sector, AES was established. Headquarter was in a three-floor building of 100 square meters in İstanbul Yedpa Trade Center.

Powerplus Brand Created
In early 2004, Ozan Ziyan noticed the increase in the demand for automotive group additives, and presented to Sami Özdemir his idea of manufacturing additives under a different brand. They assigned Tolga Güder as the responsible officer for the brand Powerplus they created.

LSF Established
In 2003, OMF Yardımcı Malzemeler’s Çerkezköy Branch and then, İzmit Branch commenced their activities. LSF operating in Aegean region was established. In 2004, LSF ’s Denizli Branch was opened and staff was assigned to Marmaris in 2006. The one by the map is Ozan Ziylan, General Manager.

OMF Auxiliary Materials Department Established
In 1998, oil consumption reached 60 tons. Upon Shell’s suggestion, in order to make sales to the other firms within the sector, OMF Supplementary Materials Department was established under OMF Mümessillik. Ozan Ziylan (Right) joined the company in 1998 and Tolga Bezircioğlu (Left) in 1999.

OMF Mümessillik Established
Became the Turkish agency of the Italian firm Officine Meccaniche Fantuzzi, the port machines manufacturer, Sami Özdemir established OMF Mümessillik in 1992 with his spouse Sema Özdemir. Their modest office was located in STFA Blocks in Kozyatağı.
